Since the release of Street Fighter X Tekken, players have been wondering when Downloadable Characters will be available. The PC version of the game has been in beta for months and Capcom has yet to release DLC characters. Players have made their complaints known and were promised that DLC would be released "soon".Today, Capcom has finally come out and announced that they will release all 28 playable characters to the public in two days. This is a huge deal for long-time fans who bought into both games but wanted to play them without waiting months (hopefully) between content additions. These downloadable content (DLC) characters will be available "to all Street Fighter X Tekken players" on December 19 (North American and European dates), and will include:
Players will also need to purchase "Character Pass" option for $9.99 / €9.99 / £7.99, giving them access to all 28 playable characters aside from Armor King and Zangief (included in the main game). Capcom has previously said that "there is currently no plan for post-launch DLC post-release content".
